Simply no complains at all, fairly nice stay. Fairly clean hotel with really helpful staff and perfect location close to ocean plaza. Wide varieties of GOOD food at breakfast.

I didn't want to say goodbye, spent nice time and recommend. Fairly clean, good value hotel. the location was convenient and perfect close to the metro system as well as subway and Ocean shopping center. the twin room I was given was complete with AC. I liked the nice decor.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't like about my stay. the rooms were a bit cold despite the heating being on.

Our hotel's location was superbly convenient. It's situated within a short walk of the metro station which makes getting around the city hassle-free. This metropolitan area is packed with shopping, dining and plenty of attractions that guests will surely enjoy. the strategic location, the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was also spotless and tidy with adequate amenities. the breakfast was great with some variety that satisfied our appetite. the staff was friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed.

There were some issues with the noise from the traffic of the nearby street which made sleeping a bit difficult at times.

The hotel had a lot of character with its old building and it was located in a prime spot just a short walk from main attractions. the staff were friendly and offered complimentary toiletries and a breakfast selection was included in the room rate.

The hotel is in need of renovation as some rooms were not up to standard and noisy. Some extra costs were also unexpected which left us feeling unimpressed.
